This is currently on my wrist. I like it because of its large display, which is easy to read on walks outside and on the treadmill. However, the battery life could be much better; I have to charge it almost daily.
I use these as my outdoor walking shoes. They've been through puddles and "ice lakes" during the springtime, and so far, so good. I took them out the other day, and my feet were dry. The only issue here is that they are a bit clunky on concrete, but not too bad.
I got this because it was much lighter to move around. It's pretty compact and the walking pad is long enough for my long legs. The only issue with it I find is that it's remote control dependent, which means I need the remote to start it up.
Bro, I need six-pack abs—just kidding—but my core needs so much work. I got the decline sit-up bench for this purpose. I love it; every time I come downstairs to do laundry, I get on the bench and do a few sit-ups, safety first, of course. Let's not get too rowdy. It's not perfect; it's a bit too compact, and my legs feel a bit scrunched together while doing the sit-ups.
I use this fan in the summer during the treadmill walks, I also use it to ventilate the house once in a while. It's pretty industrial. Only issue is I wish the cord was a bit longer.
In a nutshell, I ruptured both Achilles tendons while playing squash and basketball between 2010 and 2017. I gave up all lunging sports and switched to low-impact walking as my main source of exercise. For all the drama about my Achilles tendons, check out my "About Me" page.
All this walking gear stuff is great, but, if you're feeling a bit off, your best bet is to swing by your doctor or a medical whiz. They've got the personalized advice and treatment that'll get you feeling tip-top.
