I figured out the problem, and it's a simple fix you can try if you're having the same issue.
To fix the Bob and Brad C2 massage gun charging issue, I used a USB-A to C cable.
I was initially using a Type-C to Type-C charging cable, which I thought would be perfect. I plugged it into the massage gun and then into a power adapter, and... nothing. The lights didn't flash, and the device showed no signs of life.
After some troubleshooting, I decided to switch cables. I grabbed a different one—a USB-A to USB-C cable—plugged it in, and immediately, the lights lit up and the massage gun started charging.
It turns out the Bob and Brad C2 massage gun needs a USB-A to USB-C cable to charge properly. While it has a USB-C port, a Type-C to Type-C connection won't work.
If your Bob and Brad C2 massage gun isn't charging, double-check the cable you're using. Swapping it out for a USB-A to USB-C cable might be all you need to get back to enjoying your massage gun.

A: This is a common issue, and the first thing to check is the charging cable. From my test, the Bob and Brad C2 required a USB-A to USB-C cable. If you're using a USB-C to USB-C cable (like the one that comes with many modern phones), it might not work. Make sure you're using the correct cable type.
A: Not necessarily. If you plug it in and the four lights never come on, it could be a cable issue, a problem with the wall adapter, or the charging port itself. Try a different charger and outlet before assuming the worst.
A: When you connect the correct USB-A to USB-C cable to the device and a power source, the four green lights on the bottom will start blinking. When the green lights are completely solid, it's fully charged and you can unplug it.
